Is the ability of Yamaha employees to take on challenges with ingenuity and enthusiasm and a willingness to achieve goals with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Organizational culture that exists in Yamaha care about their customers generate them unique experiences and this is achieved from the inside because communication spaces are generated and different panels that determine the growth environment and labor are handled professionally. Where the focus is to learn from the differences and bring to fruition all the experiences and characteristics of each region of the country, as they are a company that hires nationwide wing allowing solution to country's economy.



The company with human heat without any distinction, always thinking welfare employee and his family deal with respect, pleasant working environment, snack special lunch all free days, endowment every 4 months, seminar and courses in plant Girardota all pay, bonuses extras.

Work experience during practice performing tasks such as providing training in environmental assurance, monitoring plan comprehensive solid waste management, regulate compliance processes related to transport of dangerous goods, responsible for processes related to plans postconsumer framed in resolution 372 of 2009 . This process was very fruitful, since my direct boss had much knowledge about environmental management and assurance, which helped me to learn more. the hardest part of the work was the relationship with the users of the workshops, since it is a very informal sector. what I liked the work was the quality of people I met and how this influenced in a very positive way in the workplace.
